Pia D’Ambros 

Polestar Pilates-trained Pia brings creativity and passion to every class. Her sessions are thoughtfully designed to keep things fresh and engaging, all while staying true to Pilates’ core principles. 

Pia works closely with physiotherapists to ensure her classes are safe and effective for those recovering from injury or surgery. She believes Pilates is about more than just exercise—it’s about building confidence in your body and its ability to perform whenever you need it to.

Cassandra Snyder 

Cassandra’s Pilates journey began at just 12 years old in sunny Orange County, California. With a background in ballet training at some of the world’s most prestigious academies, Cassandra brings elegance and precision to her teaching. Certified in the Ron Fletcher Method, she focuses on classical Pilates with a twist of fluidity and freedom. 

Her favorite part of teaching? Watching her clients discover newfound mobility and ease in their movements. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to Pilates, Cassandra’s classes will inspire you to move with grace and confidence. 

Belinda Moore 

Belinda, or “Bel,” is a powerhouse of movement knowledge with over 25 years of teaching experience. From competitive rhythmic gymnastics to performing on international stages as a dancer, Bel’s journey is all about celebrating the joy of movement. 

She’s a certified Personal Trainer and yoga teacher, blending her expertise to create Pilates sessions that are as dynamic as they are effective. Bel is especially passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation, making her classes the perfect choice for anyone looking to build strength, confidence, and freedom in movement.
